HHI also partners with underserved High School Junior and seniors, who begin their on the job training, to build the next generation of homebuilders and remodelers in our Learn 2 Earn™ Apprenticeship Classes.

Apprenticeship 2 Work

Apprenticeship 2 Work™, Home Building Academy: Lead by Generation Z, HHI’s aim is to provide young people the same opportunities that they received. After participating
in 250 training hours and 128 on-the-job hours, graduates of the Apprenticeship 2 Work™ will be unrivaled in their fitness for employment in the fast-growing construction sector.

Our young adults are enrolled in partnering tribal schools who have proven their desire, aptitude, and commitment to work in the construction industry, must have the ability to participate fully in an intensive training program – this means a commitment of up to four hours, four days each week.

Do you know a young person that needs a skill in carpentry, electrical, plumbing or construction? Take advantage of our Apprenticeship 2 Work™ Program refer them and they could earn credits while they learn a skill and begin their career with us.
